No. Expression Meaning (Arti)

1. What’s up? = Ada apa? / Lagi ngapain?

- Context: Kamu baru ketemu teman yang kelihatan sibuk atau sedang main HP.

- Example: “Hey, what’s up? You look busy.”


2. Sounds good! = Kedengarannya bagus!

- Context: Teman mengajak ke café baru, dan kamu setuju.

- Example: “Let’s meet at 5.” -> “Sounds good!”


3. Take it easy = Santai saja

- Context: Temanmu panik karena presentasi, kamu menenangkan dia.

- Example: “Take it easy, you’ll do great.”


4. No worries = Tidak apa-apa

- Context: Ada teman yang telat balas pesan dan minta maaf.

- Example: “Sorry for the late reply.” -> “No worries.”


5. My bad = Salahku

- Context: Kamu tidak sengaja salah kirim file tugas.

- Example: “Oops, that was yesterday’s file. My bad.”


6. Just a second = Sebentar ya

- Context: Kamu sedang ditelepon, tapi harus ambil sesuatu dulu.

7. I’m on my way = Aku sedang dalam perjalanan

- Context: Temanmu tanya kamu sudah sampai mana saat janjian.

8. I don’t get it = Aku tidak mengerti

- Context: Kamu tidak paham penjelasan dosen atau teman tentang materi.

9. I’m not sure = Aku tidak yakin

- Context: Temanmu tanya apakah tugas dikumpulkan hari ini atau besok.

10. That’s interesting! = Itu menarik!

- Context: Temanmu cerita tentang pengalaman unik atau fakta baru.

12. Let me think = Biar aku pikir dulu

- Context: Temanmu tanya apakah kamu mau ikut kegiatan besok.

13. I agree = Aku setuju

- Context: Kalian sedang diskusi kelompok dan kamu sepakat dengan pendapat anggota lain.

- Example: “We should divide the tasks equally.” -> “I agree.”


14. I guess so = Sepertinya begitu

- Context: Kamu tidak 100% yakin, tapi kemungkinan benar.

- Example: “Will it rain today?” -> “I guess so.”


15. It’s up to you = Terserah kamu

- Context: Teman tanya mau makan di mana, tapi kamu fleksibel.

- Example: “Pizza or noodles?” -> “It’s up to you.”
